Digital products

Because digital downloads are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final after access or download. If the file is defective, duplicated, inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact support within seven days so Air Music can replace it or review a refund.

Creative and launch services

Before work begins, the scope, price and delivery terms will be confirmed in writing. A client may cancel before work starts for a full refund. After work begins, any refund is limited to the uncompleted portion of the agreed scope.

How to request help

Use the support form and choose “Order or payment.” Include the purchase email, product or service and a short explanation. Requests are normally reviewed within two business days.

Starter Kit transactions are processed through Gumroad and may also be subject to Gumroad’s transaction and refund procedures.
